Playoff Question

If Clemson is fortunate to return to the Playoffs, How much input does it have in choosing the location? Is it 100% left up to the committee or does the #1 seeded team have any input? I will be happy no matter what, but it might be nice for the Tigers to have the opportunity to go to the Rose bowl since I think that is the only Major they have not been to. Not overlooking Miami, but a Tiger fan has to plan.
