We need a restaurant from which the game is watched. It should be assessable for outside stadium so as to be open every day. During game day you must have a ticket and it is assessable to leave and go to your seats (or just stay at your table). You must pay a membership fee to use the restaurant during game days.
AS one of the evil rich, I use to watch St. Louis Cardinal baseball from the Cardinal Club, plus go their for lunch on slow days.
