Nesbit: “ looking for a school with a bigger fan base..”

When the ruling out of California came out for football players to be paid for their name, I was thinking at the time that schools with bigger fan base will benefit. Not sure how the law is written but part or whole of the proceeds will go to the athlete. So if I am an athlete , not only the choice of the school and what it has to offer matters, but also how big is the fan base. I know we have a very active IPTAY plus an active base but is it enough in competing with other schools.
