But, I just can't accept that BV is that diabolical. The guy is a defensive genius, sure. But, if he's manufacturing weaknesses in anticipation of future opponents game planning around said weaknesses, then we may as well put him in the Oval Office right now.

I hope he's doing exactly that, though. :)

I bet opposing teams game plan for the Tigers moreso than any other team that they play. With the versatility that Clemson has on each side of the ball it must really be difficult to get your team totally ready to play. The Duke coaches last week had a good plan ... for a while. I believe that teams feel like they have a better chance with a speed up offense and we will likely see a lot of that in the next games. Getting the defense set is no easy job if you only have a few seconds to get the coverage play in to the defense. This hurt us last night. I’m not sure the corners and safetys had time to get ready. Good job by the chicken coaches. The upcoming game with the Panthers will be a good chance to work on the communication issues. The Tigers coaches will get any problems solved this week. You can bank on that.
Expect the next game to be the Tigers best all around game of the season.

LOL - As badly as Pitt looked against a weak 5-loss Miami team, I thought that Pitt was laying the trap for CLEMSON. The Miami game did not matter, and Pitt had already lost 4 games, so losing #5 did not matter. However, I just think Pitt is playing CHECKERS with CLEMSON since it won't matter. I see no way that Pitt manages to beat CLEMSON.

Interesting , but I think the serious conversation between Dabo and BV was a clue that they weren't bluffing .
