To trade a Strong up and coming program like Louisville for a weak deteriorating program like Maryland is a huge win.
We may regret this because UL will be a national power one day.

UL has a larger athletic department budget than CU does buy like 20 million dollars. that program has been growing steadily for the last 15 years and will take a jump with the move to the ACC.

the ACC and only fell off the radar after Bobby B turned 97 and watched his ineffectiveness as HC slowly ebb away at the program. This is Va. Tech's only sub-par year and you can blame the Logan Thomas experiment for much of that. BC's record is pretty decent with a Doug Flutie or a Matt Ryan, not so much outside of all-star QB's.

Limits on Partial-qualifiers and JUCOs hurt ACC teams

All you have to do is look at the PQs and JUCOs Scar has brought in in the last 4 yrs in Football and baseball.
If we are going to play "Big-boy Football" with SEC schools, we will have to lower our standards to theirs.

out of the water. It's about survival and if MD gets that exit reduced you'll see a couple more members bolt.

As for you market guys, the ACC surrounds that market. So, I don't buy this save the DC Market hoopla. The ACC expanded their market, while retaining everything besides of Maryland's fanbase.
