Just a thought

What if college football was officially made into a farm system for the NFL ?

Do away with the NFL draft.

Each NFL team gets about 4 college teams as their farm system.

For example, Steelers farm system could be ... I dunno ... UConn, Auburn, Arizona, and Northwestern.

Seems college fans would follow its NFL team more closely and NFL fans would follow the college games.

HS recruits would be influenced by which NFL team the college is associated with.

Would college players be allowed to kneel during national anthem? Any entanglement with college and nfl football will deteriorate college football.

Naw, just have the NFL do a real minor league system for once for kids that really should not be in University unless operating a mop by SAT scores. Rather see Universities only offer kids within 150 points of average requirements for entrance in that year.

Wouldn't the nfl, since they would have a bunch of money invested, have a say in what recruits you take.
