She waited 25 years to mention this so I'm sure it is an urgent issue with her. I also hear Hillary has endorsed Joe. I guess since hes behaving like Bill she felt comfortable doing that. ;)

Actually, she brought it to light in the early 90’s. Biden’s congressional record has been sealed ever since. Tara’s mom even called in to the Larry King Show to get someone to listen, as shown in this 59 sec video. The media is protecting Joe, like they do all democrats:
