Did bama last year, or will ND this year have to work out under the NCAA bowl season practice restrictions after their last regular season game, or are they allowed to have regular practices during conference championship week?

I may be wrong on this but I believe all bowl teams who are not playing on conference championship week have some form of altered schedule during that week. I don't think they can all out practice like a normal off week.
