the Braves NLC games in Atlanta. When they won the World Series In 1995 I paid $30 for a collectible WS hat for my Dad. Several years later he said he had something he wanted to give me. It was the World Series Hat. He said “ Son I don’t know where I got it but I ain’t got any use for it. I don’t wear hats. I figured you would want it.”

Well all I could do was laugh and tell him “ You bonehead, I gave you that hat for Christmas.”

I don’t think it registered with him and so he gave me the hat.

You would have to know my Dad to truly appreciate the humor in this situation. I hope my story did gave you a laugh and a break from the worries of the day.
