Nobody really has all year but Georgia is capable of ground and pound. Gonna be a LSU-Bama type game years ago. Boring any thoughts?

Here's my boring thought. After what I saw on Monday, I think 'Bama's gonna do it again. Georgia will run some, but nothing compared to what they did against a porous Okie defense. 'Bama has the best defense in the country, period. Clemson #2 IMO. Georgia's defense will do well, but I just don't see their offense, with a fresh qb, doing a lot of damage against Nicky's D. 'Bama 27-17.

I agree. If we couldn't run on them, I don't see GawGaw doing it. They are talking about Bama's entire D line will be drafted in the first round.

Georgia has a better running game than we do...

for starters. Secondly, Alabama just lost another starting LB. Georgia will run on them.

Sure, Georgia will run for two yards here and three yards there. Can't imagine Nicky is going to let the Puppies beat his defense.

How do we know we couldn't "run on them"?

Our 3 tailbacks had a combined 13 carries for 52 yds... 4.0 per carry. That moves the sticks, but we'll never know. 13 carries for the RBs... 19 carries for the QB... Sigh.

I think so by the 2nd half.

All of Bama's injuries will catch up with them. That new LB that is out at OLB is another huge hit. I am starting to think that Georgia will win this thing.

I'd rather see 'Bama win this for one simple reason- it probably expedites Nicky's decision to move on down the road. Remember the score, Tiger faithful: Nicky 66, Dabo 48.

Fromm will be able to keep Bama's D in check. I think they'll be able to run the ball on them
