recruiting class. Some may wonder why we are ranked where we are so here are my thoughts...

If signing 5* and 4* recruits defines the class, we signed just as many of those players as we have the last few years (12-13). We ca only play so many players at a time. If we sign many more than that, we could see too much attrition, through transfers...a little is expected, too much and it can be detrimental.

We also signed some 3* guys who are pretty darn good football players and some will develop into starters and SOME of these guys should be rated higher than they are. These guys also serve as the “glue” that maintains culture continuity for the team. These guys are likely to stay 4 or more years.

All of these guys are high character guys and are the right fit for Clemson. I trust in Dabo. FWIW, this years overall class of players did not seem to have shine that other classes have had historically. It’s a down year for everyone...but NEXT YEAR is a doozy, because that class is stacked with talent top to bottom. So, we good.
