Inside the commitment: Ray Ray McCloud

God and Family ...that is a huge advantage to have a staff that can honestly put that on their resumes.
In a related statement : FFRF just had to take a time-out.

FFRF may have been the best thing to happen to our recruiting. They basically told everyone who would listen that Dabo runs a clean program with a clear moral compass. Obviously, that is the type of place parents want to send their kids.
On a grander scale, it gives me hope that so many want that type of program and that guys like Dabo, Jeff Scott, Tony Elliott and coaches at other schools out there provide real guidance and leadership. I can't help but go back to the fact that Tommy Bowden instilled that culture at Clemson. He left a strong legacy.

From the quotes I've read from Mr. McCloud II you can tell he really loves his son. Sounds like the Clemson family just picked up a really nice family.

Glad to see you commit to Clemson ! Thanks to all involved and I think Ray Ray will be a valuable addition to the 2015 recruiting class. The best thing is he will enroll in January and could very well contribute as a Freshman ! Welcome to the Clemson Family !!!

This seems like a perfect fit. He seems to really have a great family who cares about him and seems to be a good kid. I think his dad and the Coaches will have a great relationship. I'm glad he and his best friend, Cain, will be together too. That will be quite the duo.

Hank is a senior at Furman. Which is why I asked because I don't think it's Hank.

Seems like an athletic bloodline. That being said, maybe we should over the two young men standing at the podium with Ray Ray........now in days it is never too soon!

Very smart father/son combo! Priorities are spot on Mr Mcloud! I love these smart/extremely athletic recruits we are getting...with strong integrity to boot! The ones with the brains and talent are the ones who will bring us to the National Championship...2015 class is exceptional!!

This young man comes from a fine Christian family, and we are fortunate to have people like this for more reasons than their athletic ability. Of course, I will gladly take that ability!

Great article. Dabo and the entire Coaching Staff are unbelievable on the recruiting trail. The ability to go to big time football states, ie Florida , Georgia and many others, and snag the top players really shows that Clemson is now a go to school. Don't need to worry about class rankings because the pollsters still think we are going to be a very mediocre team because we lost Tajh and Sammy. Let's go "All In" and show the pollsters what most of us already know. GO TIGERS !!!
