Gate 1 Questions

Did anyone else notice the absolute gridlock that was gate 1 (lower deck student section gate). I believe the scanners they had were not working because by the time they got to me they just ripped my student ticket in half and just let me walk in without any scanning. Anyone else notice this? Has it been addressed? In all my time at Clemson I don't think I have ever seen gate 1 that gridlocked. This new online student ticketing system has had some major hiccups thus far.
