I think they force people to go in. I dont think anyone voluntarily watches GT

I try to go to the Tech game every time we are in Atl but will have to miss this season. But I will note I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a putrid and inept GameDay atmosphere in my life. Nothing like seeing a bunch of dweebs and nerds “partying and tailgating” as you walk in. The best part about that dump is seeing the orange flow into Bobby Dodd...

happened to me once. 1997 game: my date and I don't have a tickets and we arrive to stadium about 5 minutes before kickoff. Just as I'm about to hold up two fingers, a Georgia Tech guy walks up to me and says, "my father owns a hotel in Jacksonville and ya'll saved his ### during the two Gator Bowls in the 70's so here, enjoy the game." The dude gave us 2 free tickets on the 50 yard line about 30 rows up. Seats were obviously great but the result sucked as we lost like 23-20.
