I actually agree with him. Swinney's salary is lower than average, but that's a call that he made to increase the salaries for Venables and Morris, and in total they're fairly compensated for performance to date. To justify a bump in the total for the group takes a bump in performance.

All 3 will get a hefty check for just getting to the OB. They also got one for the 10 win season...

It's not all salary.
