Last night I oven roasted a whole chicken w baked potatoes and green beans. So today I took all the other meat/stock and made a chicken noodle soup in the crock pot (onions, celery, carrots, potatoes, egg noodles). Fudge brownies for desert (if they ate all their soup)
Complete hit w the kids! Plus profit from 2 meals from one bird.
