Best win in program history?
Sep 15, 2014, 9:17 PM

Not trying to over hype the importance of this week's game, but would a win saturday be the best in our program's history?
We've never beat a number one ranked team, much less one on the road.
It's against the defending national champions.
It's against the reigning Heisman winner.
It's a conference game against one of our most hated rivals.
It's on national prime time TV.
We are 20 point underdogs.

I tend to agree, but it would be an awful close second don't you think?

If we were to go on and run the table to get in the playoff...
then yes, I think you could make that argument.

Biggest Non Bowl win without a doubt

for all the reasons that you listed. Could be the spark to jumping to the next level that we will be talking about for YEARS to come. It can be done, but it will take a near flawless night. If it doesn't happen, noone will think any worse about us. Being a 20.5 dog says it all. TIME TO MAN UP!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say it is in top 5 of most important games in Clemson history.
Depending on perspective and goals at the time.

It would def be top 5. '82 Orange Bowl is #1. 63-17 was the most fun.
