I'm going home to Rock Hill, home of Winthrop who also has a better basketball team than Clemson.

Boiling Springs sucks anyways...

Trending downward.

This Is Embarrassing...

Posted: Nov 21, 2014 4:33 PM

...just a real shame. Going to be a long year at this rate - losing to Winthrop and Gardner-Webb in consecutive games? Scary. At least Winthrop is usually half way decent.

Winthrop lost to Savannah State last night

Just clearing my throat

I'll say it again....

Clemson should limit its investment in basketball. Some of the money spent on both the men's and women's basketball should be redirected to other sports (volley ball, women's golf, start a softball team). While I enjoy basketball, no one will ever convince me that Clemson will ever be competitive for an ACC championship much less a deep run into the tournament.

It's nothing against Brownell and he seems like a great guy. I just believe those financial resources could be put to better use.

Agree. The tennis improvements have been

Put off for years. Both men's and women's tennis have had good success over the years. Perennial top 25 programs. With an extra boost could be consistent top 10

at least our womens bb team is really good-lol

Maybe you should spend some time....

...looking at which programs make $.

W/O basketball, those programs don't even exist. I get your point, but you don't invest less trying to make more $ from it (to support those programs you list).

I listened to the game and seems like our scoring is good this year. The defense has to improve like we have come to know at Clemson. Keep improving Tigers! Tiger for life, Go Tigers and have the faith.

Gooood onnnne***

Thank goodness Brownell's strength is he is a great floor

coach. And thank goodness D-Rad has locked in with a contract that sees to it that nobody can hire him away. No timeouts and called a timeout?

If I read the box correctly we had a 13 point lead with 8:20 left? I hope I'm mistaken.

Flame away but this team without KJ and no backup for Nnoko-along with no consistent shooting is in for a LONG year.

He hasn't had enough time at Clemson...

He needs 10 more years to get things going...

Wow. Just wow.

The ACC is a very tough conference. UNFORTUNATELY we have not played anyone in conference. Got a feeling this is not the year we beat UNC at Chapel hill.

I feel our ACC season will be ...tough

Re: He just needs some time...

What mess, he is playing the guys he recruited. KJ was the difference in a OK season last year and a mediocre one were facing this year. Brad is a good Xs and Os coach. Hopefully he will be able to turn it around.
