Another thing I really like about this 2015 class

is that it is not overly laden with "skill" players. There's not a lot of WR/RB/QB players and I think recruiting services normally gravitate towards those kinds of players and shower them with star ratings perhaps in favor of the blue collar line positions. We signed a consensus top 4 class that's heavy in the trenches, but with a few key weapons in addition. That, to me, is a sign of a class that will carry you to championships.

I agree, that's the big thing I noticed too. In the past our top classes have revolved around the Skill position...which is still nice. But you when you sign 4 guys on each side of the trenches that are highly ranked, then you are making that next level jump. On top of that we still got a few dynamic skill players! It was just icing on the cake this year....a nice spread of talent all over.

Total agreement. When you sign five wide receivers you look great on TV for recruiting purposes but you only have so many spots on the field for a WR. This class was truly balanced.
