ALRIGHT TIGERS. Honest pre game UGA-Clemson talk...

Question #1... do you think we'll come out running the ball or passing the ball more?
Question #2... Defensive gamplan? Load the box? SAM LB out there most of the time?

1) we have to establish the run first . 2) we need to load the box on defense most of the game.

#1 - I think we usually attempt to establish the run, because if you can, then you can control the game much better IMO. However, unless our RB's are much improved, we're going to have issues attempting to do that. I see our TE's having a freaking field day, and the WR's will too. I just hope we don't wait too long to go to the AIR. I think we can destroy UGA if we can get the PASS working.
Not sure on #2 - but we MUST slow Gurley/Marshall and attempt to get UGA in a lot of 3rd-and-long situations. We need to negate the strength that UGA has at RB.

I've always heard that Morris would like to run the ball more, similar to Auburn last year. I at least think Clemson will run more early.
I am assuming Clemson will focus on stopping the run and make Georgia prove they can throw it. My biggest concern is looking at how well Gurley ran last year.

I think .... that the play of the OL will dictate whether we run or pass. Hopefully we will be able to do one or the other if not both. I will be surprised if we throw the ball downfield a lot in the early stages of the game. I think that Morris will utilize the TE's and running backs early along with the screens we have become accustomed to from the Tigers. Downfield blocking is always a key to success here. Eventually we will find a weakness in the Bulldog secondary and capitalize on that.
The defense will be strong. IF we can gang tackle Gurley we may be able to hold him to a good but not spectacular day!
Field position is always important and Pinion is among the best. I have no idea what the special teams can do but I hope we are improved there.
Protect the ball and don't give up easy, quick scores and the Tigers come home 27 - 21.

Stop the run game! Stop Gurley! Don't make sloppy mistakes or penaltys on 3rd downs, cause turnovers. We win.... End of story. Shut down the run game, and make them pass happy and go to the air we win the ball game.

If we can't get a good press on their receivers we'll probably switch back into a cover 1
