What happens if Trump never runs for president?

What do you think happens over the last four years if Trump never decides to throw his hat into the ring?
For Trump: -Continues to maintain celebrity status with various business ventures along the way. Probably gets sued here and there for conning people. Gets on board with the XFL when it tries to start back up. -When the reboot resurgence happens on TV, he brings back The Apprentice. New episodes would be streaming now on Hulu during the quarantine. -He's still on Twitter but no one really cares.
For America: -Hillary still screws Bernie for the nomination. -Ted Cruz edges out Marco Rubio for the GOP nomination. He tries to run a more Bush-esque campaign once he gets the nomination. -Clinton campaign is less smug because they see Cruz as an actual challenger. They avoid missteps that happened vs. Trump. -Hillary wins a close race vs. Cruz. Party lines remained normal and there's a low voter turnout, but the moderates decide she's the lesser of two evils. -Merrick Garland is eventually pushed through the Senate with much debate. McConnell warns that future leftist judges will be met with opposition. -Economy continues on the upswing but not at the same rate as it did under Trump. Unemployment continues to drop. -Hillary pushes through more regulations and government oversight with executive orders. Like Obama, she overuses the power. -Relations with Russia continue to sour as Hillary pushes for more sanctions. -U.S. maintains current presence in Middle East and possibly even adds more troops since Hillary is more of a chicken hawk than people realize. -The GOP makes massive gains in the House and Senate in 2018 as a response to the Clinton administration's policies and management. Paul Ryan remains speaker and eyes the White House. -Hillary can't push leftist judges through to replace Kennedy and RGB. She tries, but the firm Senate GOP won't let it happen. She's forced to explore more centrist candidates. McConnell refuses to let RGB's seat get replaced until after the 2020 election. -Because of the GOP's control of Congress, Hillary is limited to how far she can push her agenda. Similar battles over the budget that happened under Obama occur. The government shuts down in 2019 temporarily as a result. -The Clinton administration is more prepared for the pandemic and takes measures earlier than the Trump admin did. Fauci isn't demonized in the public. There aren't any conspiracies or lies about the deadliness of the virus; however, the same reaction to statewide shutdowns remains the same (minus the charge on the Michigan capitol). -Hillary pushes a nationwide mask mandate, which is met with very strong mixed feelings across the country. -Economic blowback from the pandemic still occurs. -The unrest over George Floyd and police shootings still occurs. The message out of the White House is more empathetic, but it doesn't quell the unrest or the violence that stems from it. We just don't get the same protests at the White House or the weird Bible scene. -The white supremacist/neo Nazi movement remains status quo: underground and out of sight. -No wall is built because the conversation never comes up. -Republicans like the idea of a President Ryan, but they also think that they may need a woman to defeat a female president who harps on her gender. There could be a Ryan/Haley ticket, or Nikki wins the primary for 2020. -The election system happens the same way with mail-in voting, but there are no ridiculous fraud conspiracies. -I think Haley or Ryan defeats Hillary in a close race and the GOP continues control House and Senate. Maybe a few flips here and there, but they don't face the Senate losses that came as a result of Trumpism. -There is a peaceful transition of power. There is not raid on the Capitol. Hillary concedes the night of the election. -After she leaves office, Hillary writes a long book complaining about how it was everyone else's fault she lost the White House.

I think his celebrity career is kind of done, unless he gets his own network or platform.

Hillary serves Subway to the Natty winning Tigers at the WH.Bill goes full Dustin Johnson at the luncheon and hits on both Mrs Clements and Kathleen Swinney who both laugh at his feeble attempts.
It IS proven that Ted Cruz's dad was indeed involved in the JFK assassination and that Lee Harvey Oswald is Cruz's biologic father through stored frozen sperm inseminated by Mr Cruz as a tribute to his fellow conspirator.Mrs Cruz goes along with this reluctantly.
Bernie is disgusted over the antics of Hillary and the DNC and leads a separatist movement in Vermont which along with bordering Quebec, form the first Marxist state in North America save for NY and CA.
Carly Fiorina spends $10 million on plastic surgery and emerges as a leading GOP challenger in 2020.Trump confuses Fiorina with Stormy Daniels at a cocktail party which was not a good move.
A Chinese man in Wuhan eats a bat, but chokes on the wing and dies. COVID 19 does not become a reality.
Vladimir Putin admits to a crush on Hillary's eminently qualified Transportation Secretary Mayor Pete.
If only, he hadn't run!!!!
