The 2021 team that had the first losing season since 1957,that Pitching Staff could sure rival this years staff as they for the most part were not good at all either and not even decent

THAT right there is the smartest post on this subject!! I also noticed 2 years ago that ML seemed to have "checked out" mentally. I just assumed he was having some personal issues? But you are correct, he left mentally long before he was fired.

Totally agree. However, I'm thinking the Clemson starters aren't much better this year! Ammons injury sure doesn't help either. What concerns me further is that we got a pretty good pitching coach from FL State going into this year, yet his inability to get better results thus far indicates the potential of our pitchers (veterans & youngsters) doesn't
look good for grooming & development (this year & beyond)!!!!

I still have some eligibility left in baseball at Clemson. I walked on as a pitcher. At 72 my fast
ball not so fast...lol
