So, I forgot my pass for the La Tech game - realized it as I pulled onto Perimeter, coming in from Anderson. So I thought I’d try C-1. Got turned around, and was heading back toward ‘where I thought was the direction of C-1’. On the road that goes by the 55 Exchange (sorry, you’ll have to look it up, but as you head south on it, 55 Exchange will be on your right). And just past that intersection, I see s guy in a lime green ‘event staff’ shirt, at the entrance to an ‘unmarked grass parking lot’. I pulled in and asked “if this was C-1”. He said no, it was a service vehicle lot, then pointed vaguely toward “where C-1 is”. When I told him my predicament, did he think there spaces left, etc., he said no, then looked around (y’know, like a guy selling watches on a street corner), then said “for $20, you can park here…”. I forked over the Andy Jackson in a heartbeat.

It was a 20 min hike to the stadium, but worth it. Heck, my car was even still there after the game! lol

There’s still good people in the world!!
