still get 3 or 4 muscle yards but when our run gets stuffed we are lucky to get back to the line of scrimmage?

Are we really outmatched on both sides of LOS by average ACC teams?

When you see Bama play and their DL stuffs a run, its like a big brick wall that gives up ZERO.

DL to slant to fill gaps .. opposing RB has straight forward momentum and is able to push the lateral moving Clemson linemen

It’s Pandemic in College Football along with a lot of other Shoddy Fundamentals! If you wrap the legs properly, the Ball Carrier goes down. Also, see a lot of Dlinemen taking Piggyback rides by trying to tackle the upper torso. A few short decades ago, Live Tackling was done in Practice. Now, it’s Thud Tackling Drills. The problem with Thud drills is you can never simulate an actual live Gamelike situation. The last Tiger player to consistently wrap the legs was Jonathon “Tig” Willard.
