the last few years' success has been due to Cagle/Logoleo/et al or if Rittman really is the great coach he's been made out to be.

Anyone know why Maddie hasn't been playing in the games today? I've been keeping up through the app while at work, so not privy to much information.

Looks like the pitching has been decent, but not particularly impressive, but that's just what I'm gathering from following along in the app!

but pitching was OK. D has to tighten up had too many errors.

So true, 3 errors in the last game with 9 left on base. Need to tighten up the defense and improve the clutch hitting.

Yeah .... our 3-2 loss in the opener was like so many games in the past few years that we just knew we were going to come back to win. This is a new team and a little too early to tell what we are going to have. I have faith that Rittman knows what he is doing.

Hate to break it to you, but Rittman is a really good coach, not sure what the criticism comes from.Look at his body of work over his career and at Clemson in a short time, he recruited all those players you mentioned that put this program on the map.
