What I would do!

If I’m Dabo I would see these concerns as immediate areas to address for next season.
1- If TE stays “highly likely” revamp the offensive scheme and playbook. Completely outdated at this point and very predictable. Feel like I’m living in the Spence days again.
2. Ask Caldwell to retire and move on to Thomas Austin. Not sure this is a great fix bc you assume it will be the same blocking schemes as Caldwell.
3 This will catch the most heat so bring it… it’s time for Dabo to be “All In”. With the current landscape of college football it’s my opinion that culture is a thing of the past in college football. This game has morphed almost completely over the past few year to a me first mentality. I not knocking it …. But loyalty to the program is gone. Not just Clemson’s program but all. I think Dabo senses that based on how he is answering media questions. Sometimes true leaders have to change. Well Dabo has to change to keep up. It’s obvious we have missed on some offensive line evals and truly don’t have a great track record recruiting this group. This is a prime area where we should be actively searching the portal for fits. We clearly are to the point where we need to piece some folks together. I’m not suggesting have a team full of transfers but nobody can convince me that their weren’t players in the portal that could have helped us immediately.
All in all we have got to change with the times of college football. Both recruiting and transfers .

The game has changed and will continue to change because of the new additions to the game. Portal, NIL, etc will force all coaches to adjust their approach to developing a team. I assure you that Dabo is on top of this and WILL do all the right things for Clemson football. Glad that we have Dabo and company doing all the right things. Go Tigers

I am glad we have Dabo as well. I sure hope your right. He’s not preaching what your saying. My best hope is behind closed doors the wheels are turning.

I would hope if Caldwell is replaced, it won’t be by a guy he’s groomed. Spend the money and go hire the best guy out there who can be bought and get what has continued to be a problem fixed.
Then move on to a offensive coordinator thats going to energize this offense and doesn’t have to have Round 1 guys to do it

Well, I'm not Dabo ,but if I were I'd fire T. Elliott, Robbie Caldwell, Spiller, Streeter , beg Jeff and Brad Scott to return, then tell Scott to beam DJ whichever which way through the portal he needs to go, then push hard for Arch, concentrate on recruiting the best offensive linemen in the country and if any player even thinks about NIL, he had better be able to recite word for word every play in the playbook. But hey I'm not Dabo, but I do know we both have something in common; Neither of us has a National Championship. So bring on the heat!

You’re right - Dabo doesn’t have a National Championship - he has 3. Two as a coach and one as a player.

This season is a wash and if we can finish at 10-3 will be a decent season, a down year . Clemson is a program now that 10 wins is down . Dabo better figure it out this off season, the D will have to rebuild because the loss of a lot of players. The O will have to be the strength next season with a bunch of players coming back and the edition of a stud QB. Another season like this season and Dabo will be back to starting fresh building an elite program.
