The kooks don't care about the 20 million invaders coming in without due process, in fact they celebrate it. Try to remove even the worst of them, however, and the kooks suddenly become Constitutional scholars who are super concerned about due process, established precedent, etc in an attempt to make it virtually impossible to get rid of any of them. Fact is they liked their illegals invasion and would cheer an illegal murdering your entire family so treat them like the human garbage they are.

The TDSers are among the most dishonest, hypocritical people who’ve ever lived.
Confidential information retention by presidents? Clinton, Obama, Biden (even before he became Prez), and never-president Mike Pence had all removed such info from secured facilities to their own private (not-secured) locations. The DoJ’s ‘pursuit’ of these cases was, described using the most stringent applicable term, perfunctory. Yet when Trump does the same thing and, after tens of millions of dollars are spent by Trump on defense counsel, a federal judge suspends the case, the matter becomes a ‘Constitutional crisis.’
The ~20,000,000 illegal alien invaders are assisted by the government on how to evade ICE and lawyer themselves up to avoid being caught &/or detained, is cool with the TDSers. Doing nothing to protect aggrieved legal American citizens is OK with them. Article II powers bestowed to the president are ignored when it comes to his Constitutional duty to protect American citizens from foreign invaders. TDSers don’t give a rip about no stinkin’ Constitution. They just want to keep their unjustifiably fat, easy jobs protected; the taxpayer chumps who support their undeserved easy lives are just dirt to them.
It goes on and on and on. Their political thought leaders tell them what to think and say.
