Good luck Stephen on your new chapter in life. The ladies never lacked effort or enthusiasm both in the classroom and the regattas. We've been so close. Margin for first to 5th is razor thin. Merely a second.

I hope we spare no expense in obtaining the best coach out there. Our new facilities should be a huge draw for top talent. I know money is tight but we must all pony up the NIL money. Just like softball, volleyball, baseball etc, some are not on full scholarships. NIL isn't always geared to making an athlete rich as in helping an athlete with tuition.

I agree with Coach Frank Howard when asked back in 60s when Lake Hartwell was filling.. Coach, as AD will support a rowing program at Clemson?? Howard relied.. "I,ll never spend one dollar of Clemson's money on a sport where you sit on your a$$ and go backwards" All this rowing BS is about title 9 and getting equal across sports. No more no leas. Otherwise its a waste of money..

I’m honestly surprised that Frazier lasted this long. I’ve known several rowers over the years and none of them really had anything good to say about the guy. Short fuse, stayed at odds with rowers and assistant coaches, handled injuries poorly etc. Overall unpleasant atmosphere in the boathouse. Hope whoever replaces him is a much better fit for the culture of the program.
