The loss to the coots doesn't really bother me

What bothers me is going 1-2 in our 3 big games of the year. You could swap all three teams out with equivalent teams and I'd be just as upset. It's hard to complain about going 10-2, but how we performed in those two games is bothersome.

But I'd be more upset if we went. 6-6 or something like that

Yeah, I'd rather win a few than win none. I'm pretty ambitious.

Beating two FCS schools and 4 teams with a losing record

to get to 10 wins doesn't count? Forget the embarrassing loss at home and thumb fearing. It's the number 10 that counts.
Hell, if 10 wins is so impressive why don't we give out rings for that? Oh wait, because then we'd be coots. On the other hand people are saying "wait till next year."
Folks we've become them and it's Dabo Swinney at the helm.

Clemson has not become the South Carolina of old.
They never won 10 games back in the day…
However, South Carolina is currently the premiere football program in the state of South Carolina. Clemson has improved, (in terms of beating bad and good teams) but they need to continue to improve if they want to be an elite football program again.

And when someone brags about 10 wins I'll say it again.***

I agree with that. Not sure why but I do think with our 2

QB's who will play having those excellent NFL bloodlines, we'll see a difference. Tahj is a Clemson HOF'er and I think ring of honor guy, but when pressured, he tended to panic, except against LSU.....and hopefully Bama

We had 6 turnovers and only lost by 2 tds. Any decent team would have scored more than 31 if they got 6 turnovers. There offense sucks and without those turnovers we would have blown them out. And we go bcs while they go back to the outback

Agreed. We were not blown off the line like the previous years. In fact, our D-line pushed them around more then they did us, just couldn't handle the mobile QB.
No (or few) turnovers and I think we win this one without a doubt.
Six turnovers is just a stupid number.

I guess turnovers aren't part of the game

And 6!!!! Either we are terrible at protecting the ball or they are awesome at stripping it. And of course our QB or acting QB doesn't see the field very well. But...I guess none of that is coaching, or mental preparation, or proper drills or or or.... It's just bad luck as some on this board would seem to be arguing.
