We know the two assistants who actually haven’t been hired yet are good? What about the one who is the holdover from when the athletic department was too cheap to pay for good assistants? He’s good now?

perhaps he doesn't want to coach/recruit. maybe he prefers his current role , being kind of the jeff davis of basketball.
