and actually makes your more susceptible. Then we know they crushed doctors for using Ivermectin. We know that the jab is worthless and actually killing our kids.

All you Covidians are sick people.

Vitamin D, Zinc, Vitamin C, Exercise, Lessen Comorbities. You all ignore this and have forever. I am NEVER sick. Like never. I can’t tell you the last time I had a legit fever, cold, flu..whatever. Been a very long time.

Pharma is killing you all.

There are like a hundred strains of le flu.

Each year they make the vaccine based on which strains they expect to be most prominent, so efficacy varies from year to year.

Youngish and healthy people aren't at risk of serious flu symptoms. I've only gotten the flu vaccine once or twice in my adult life.

You're not immune to influenza because you go to the gym. You've been lucky and haven't been exposed to it. If you were, you'd get it, and it would suck, just like it does for everybody else. I usually get it once every 5 years or so, whether I get a flu shot or not. Got it TWICE this year, 6 weeks apart, and it's not because I'm suddenly unhealthy.

Exercise coupled with diet and vitamin supplementation is key to warding off viruses that present themselves. At the worst, you symptoms are mild as your body fights.

You statements are the definition of ignorance.

There is zero remorse for locking everyone down, making kids stay home…all the while politicians wine and dined and the largest transfer of wealth began. Masks, 6ft, snitching on people and restaurants defying stay at home policies.

Then forcing people to take an experimental vaccine. Forcing parents to vaccinate children.

There is zero remorse with these people. All I can figure is they like being told what to do and have no backbone and enjoy tyrants.

on the back for "doing the best they could at the time". It'd be like the Heat coming to the press conference talking about how proud they are of everybody after getting beat by 55 points last night, and then a year later acting like they almost pulled out the series.

I remember being talked down to because I said it was totally illogical to require a mask to enter a building, but being able to remove it after you were seated. I also remember standing in the bushes talking to my dying aunt though a karaoke machine because they wouldn't let anybody in her room...I guess some of these guys just want me to pretend none of that ever happened and I'm the one being misled somehow.

What should be most concerning is why?

Why was this flu season so bad? WHY did more vaccinated people get the flu? Few people know, but at the peak of our flu season here in SC, the flu cases hospitalized in SC were at 2/3 of our covid peak. More hospitalized than any year going back to the 1990's. Most ever hospitalized for the flu in SC I think, at least this century.

Perhaps....has something to do with the rising cancer rates, ESPECIALLY in younger people. Teenagers with pancreatic, liver, and colon cancer were once unheard of. Today they're seeing more than ever. Why?

Why did I get perhaps the worst cough ever this past fall only to learn it was RSV? Why so much more RSV lately? Why is it impacting grown### adults far more severely than in the past?

There's one guy who has come out recently with groundbreaking cancer research. He's been falsely held up as a hero of the rwn MAGA crowd, when in fact he's one of the original "covidians".

https://x.com/inkblue01/status/1787498927375192171

I've mentioned the "known consequences" that at a later time he wants to discuss. He's starting to do that.

Here's another video, same scientists, very recently.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgZaT-OriO8

He has suddenly become a MAGA/Q star for what he's been saying, just as you think I'm talking about the covid vaccines. But this guy is one of the original branch covidians you love to chastise, and now MAGA is praising him as a rock star. I followed this guy on Twitter, back when it was Twitter, back in early 2020. Long before Tucker Carlson even knew who he was.

By trade, he is an oncologist, a cancer scientist, and does transplants. As such, to be one you also have to be part immunologist, which he also is. And recently he has come forward with science about cancer that's been known, but he's showing how our treatments for it are missing the mark, because of what THE WEST ignores. T cells and NK cells are the only human cells that can kill cancer. Period. They are also the same immune cells covid attacks, dysregulates, INFECTS, and depletes.

When I said over and over covid (the virus) damages your immune system, vaccines notwithstanding, this was the guy saying that, studying that, and proving that. The other scientists saying that were some of the world's best HIV researchers. I said the vaccines wouldn't stop transmission, wouldn't end the pandemic, and also said Fauci and the CDC were lying. And they were, and this guy was the reason I knew they were lying, him and dozens of other (mostly Asian) scientists you would consider "covidians". What cells does covid attack, T cells and NK (Natural Killer) cells. THE SAME CELLS THAT FIGHT CANCER, and many other diseases we all live with. Everyone has cancerous cells in their bodies, CONSTANTLY. Our immune system is the only thing that keeps the cancer from spreading, and keeps us healthy. THOSE CELLS, the same ones attacked by covid, ajd are also attacked by chemotherapy. Specifically, CD4 and CD8 T cells, and CD8 T cells are the most impacted by covid. Covid depletes CD8 T cells to roughly the same degree HIV depletes CD4 T cells. It also lowers the expression of NK cells in the body.

The vaccine was your first complimentary covid infection and it is one that gives you some immunity to the virus, enough to not die from an infection. THAT IS ALL IT DOES/DID/WAS EVER INTENDED TO DO, Fauci notwithstanding. Is it safe? No. Is it safe not taking it? No, because since 99.98% of human beings have had covid now, it also resides in 99.98% of our bodies, just like cancer cells. It's there, will always be there, and is simply part of life now. So the thinking is if the vaccine is harmful, well, so is the virus. Studies show that the lymphocyte depletion does not occur with the vaccines, so the part of NATURAL covid that attacks those cells, isn't in the vaccine (S1 and S2 genes). HOWEVER, vaccine or not, we all live daily with the whole covid virus in our bodies, as we live with cancer cells, and over time, vaccine or not, covid damages immune systems, and that will increase cancer rates. That was the theory, and it's slowly coming true.

Measles, TB, influenza, smallpox, HPV,..... when all of these viruses are "endemic" that means we're all constantly exposed to them, sick or not. If you get the virus and recover, you still harbor, and are constantly exposed to the virus daily. And that does not go without consequences. EVERY endemic virus, every virus that is not completely eliminated by our immune systems (covid, TB, smallpox, measles, etc)......every one of those viruses carry long-term consequences. They may trigger type 1 diabetes in kids, cervical cancer in women, breast cancer, hasten clogged arteries, dementia, whatever. And there are consequences that will come with covid. HIV had zero consequences for years, as it slowly destroys CD4 T cells. Eventually, you get opportunistic viruses, cancer, or a myriad of problems that ultimately kills almost all people with full blown AIDS. Takes 6-7 years to be noticed, and by 10-12 years it kills 90% of people who carry the virus. HIV started in San Francisco in 1976, best as they can track it, but it wasn't until the 1980's that the consequences could even be seen enough to know there even a problem.

Very few people are anti-vitamin. Most people believe in vitamins and vaccinations. I am not getting vaccinated for COVID or the flu, but I did get vaccinated for Shingles for the first time this year. I wonder if you believe in that at least.

Studies indicate that there is better adsorption of vitamins and nutrients from the right natural foods than supplements. Poor nutrition is undoubtedly an issue but many supplements have issues and their effectiveness is questionable.

Very true. I realize that and understand those studies. That's the same as it has always been. You need to get most of what you can from foods, because vitamins don't absorb well. People generally aren't anti-vitamin though. There is a difference. They just question how effective they really are.

I take vitamin C, D and B12 but try to use natural sources as primary method to meet requirements. Vitamin industry seems to be kind of a “racket” with a little basis in nutrition & health:

Didn’t get Covid or Flu shots this year but wife did. Got initial Covid vaccines and thought it was a very good idea for my age at the time. Got a very mild case of Covid in second year. Now my immune response seems sufficient.

Got the shingles vaccine a few years back. Again seemed appropriate for my age.

Just talk with and mostly follow primary care physician advice. Seems there is not a “ single” right answer but should be based on the individual’s health, age and medical history.

Sucked rocks! Granted, it's better than shingles itself, but the first shot put me down for a day...the second one for half a day. Didn't phase my wife one iota, so guessing it's a sexist vax, to boot! I recall that the vax is only good for ten years, though...I do hope I heard wrong!
