He made statements a couple weeks ago that Tampa was trying to make him play hurt and the coach had cut him from the team during the game because he refused to play hurt. I think he's completely full of crap and would think at least one player would've spoken up to defend him had it actually gone down that way, but I'd imagine the suit is in reference to those claims.

It was reported that the only reason Tampa Bay signed him was because Tom Brady talked up for him. Apparently Brady liked him when they played together in New England. Brady still wouldn’t criticize him after that incident when other players were ripping him a new one.
Let him sue, I don’t think that would go very far. Too much video of him running out if the stadium and waving at the crowd. I think it just a a**hole spouting off.
