Urban Meyer has a lot to learn about the NFL

He can't be a dictator.

College head coaches get away with a lot of stuff that doesn't fly in the NFL, where people in the organization (including players) have to respect you.

Tebow will decide to walk away and stop this mess. Urban will end up with more egg on his face after another blunder.
