We’re supposed to be a top 5 program, go get somebody who has actually coached before. There are plenty of good coaches/recruiters out there who would come to Clemson.

Coots looked sharp ? They played Vandy and almost lost. The Vandy Defensive coach lost that one by going in a preventive defense on the coots last drive.

He is paranoid and thinks anyone with under a 90% rating must be a Gamecock fan on here trying to infiltrate this board for some reason. I'm in a family of gamecock fans but I myself am a lifelong Tiger...you could say I'm the Orange Sheep of the family. And my rating has been stuck at 68% for 12 years, of I were an infiltrater, you'd think it would either go up or down. But I got a lot of disapproval back in 2008 with my comments on the coaching search and it hasn't changed since. I will gladly show proof to anyone who doubts my loyalty to the Tigers. It's ok to disagree. But All In...the All means we are All in this together
Disagreement is ok. Name calling is not. And there is no name calling worse than calling someone a coot!

Not a lot of coaching experience for any of those guys pre Clemson gigs. You can include Bates and Hall to that list as well. Hobby and Brooks were the complete opposite. Lots of experience and productive results. Just stating the facts.

I'm sure Mac is a great guy... doesn't mean he can coach. Let him stay at the ACC network. Clemson needs to start going after proven coaches, not jobs for former players.

The next few hires need to be non-Clemson folks.
They should also be qualified for the job. Several recent hires weren’t, if we are being honest.
