A lesson of life - it can take up to years to get out of a situation you can get into almost in an instant, like debt. Some of our quick decisions made a long time ago can have long term effects.

He gained weight because he consumed over 5,000 calories a day, not because he only ate McDonald's. He was also an alcoholic who started drinking at the age of 13, which he lied about for the documentary. That's the real reason why he had liver damage.
