Every Thursday afternoon around 1 pm, the entire company gets an automated email as a reminder to submit your timesheet. NBD, right?
So I have been reporting to this new guy at work. Every Thursday morning he sends an email to remind us to submit our timesheet - "Please Complete Your TACS before you leave today or when you feel comfortable with the appropriate time charging for the week."
Do I kill his children, burn his house down, or both?
I don't know why this bothers me, but it do. This is also the same guy I had to show yesterday how to digitally sign a pdf document - for about the eighteenth time.

Can't one make a RULE for the email to ignore/send to trash? Seems like what we used to do back in the day. Easier than closing eyes and saying La-la-la-la-la repeatedly?

I work for the federalis and there are a LOT of restrictions on our technologies (PCs, laptops, iPhones) to keep us from doing things that make sense.
