Hey we are in Pittsburgh (my daughter is a Sophomore at Clemson)and looking to see what Clemson tailgates are planned for the game? Also will Clemson fans gather anywhere Friday night before the game?

My wife and I are coming in from Virginia on Thursday evening. Staying about a 3/4 mile walk from the stadium (according to google). We know nothing about the area or what to do. However, our son got us tickets on Saturday night to go see one of his good friends (Lee Terbosic) magic show at The Oaks Theater.

Looking forward to a nice weekend and another Tiger victory!

visited for two weeks every August, thoroughly enjoying the area.

For Clemson fans travelling for the game with some spare time, two things they'd enjoy would be the views of the city from Mt. Washington and Kennywood, one of the few remaining, old time amusement parks. There are, also, some great restaurants in the city, as well as good golf courses in the area.

If the weather is decent, the river taxis are fun. We went there to see the Braves play the pirates one spring and stayed downtown. We took a river taxi across to some place for buffet breakfast and then to the game. It was early spring and still cool and will probably be cool or cold this weekend too.
