I do think the writer make a compelling argument. At some point, it might be in the best interest of both parties to stop fighting (i.e., wasting time and money) and just break up.

Nice to see that someone finally picked up on the "unconscionable" terminology used in Clemson's suit. The bottom line is, a negotiated settlement is coming and the ACC is a dead man walking.

GOR and applicability if CLEM/FSU are no longer part of ACC. There are more layers to it--couldve explained it in more depth.

That's very interesting and totally w/o basis in law...the outcomes of a lawsuit does not get judged on anyone's speculations...sounds like a FSU lawyer...keep amending your pleadings until you hopefully can make some sense...if a judge can't see that FSU just needs more money to buy, steal or cajole more kids to come to the FSWTC then he probably is an FSU grad! We are just as suspect!
