Michigan will remain at # 2 so the committee can see to it that Alabama and Georgia do not meet in the semi final. Moving Michigan to # 1 would mean moving Georgia to # 3 and having to play # 2 Alabama. Cincinnati will remain # 4 and play # 1 which will be The Tide because they rolled Georgia.
