The new ones are sleek and small, and double as a Blu-Ray player. Playstation has all the major games, and has marginally better graphics than XBox360.

XBOX all the way. The new stuff they have coming out for the Kinect is blowing everybody away. Plus, I just think it's a better system.
The only advantage that PS3 has is free online play. I believe XBOX is still winning even charging for theirs. If they made it free, there wouldn't even be a question.

PS3 has better games, imo. Xbox has better internet/4 kids..

The next systems are on the horizon so if you can wait a year or so, you might want to think about doing that. I will say right now I think the PS3 is a MUCH better deal than X360. Better games, Blu-Ray, free internet play, more reliable, etc...
But, if you have kids, they will like the kinect more than The Move you won't, but they will.
