I do have question, why did you pick so many green ones. Do you fry them or make pickled tomatoes? I always find that vine ripened tastes way better than when picked green to ripen. Am I wrong?

I do fry a few! I like to let them set in different stages of ripeness to help deter rotting! I've never felt like it hurt the flavor!!
