Never knew Maserati makes an SUV

until I almost rear ended one Friday- wouldn’t have noticed what it was if I hadn’t checked to see what my insurance would be paying for- it didn’t look much different than a Kia . What about it makes it worth the extra cost ?

They have a high center of gravity and flip easily (I watch crash videos on YouTube and Instagram). They cost a bunch for as fast as they depreciate, then you have all that insurance and property taxes. And it takes $100 to fill the gas tank to get 20 MPG. But it seems every other car on the road is an SUV or a big truck whether they need the extra space or not.
I'll take my low maintenance 4 cylinder 2018 Camry that gets 27 MPG city and 35 highway, handles well, takes $30 of gas every other week, and has reasonable taxes and insurance. I'm too old for a redneck road rage vehicle.

I agree. I'm perfectly happy with my nice little Accord that only asks to go to QT about 15 times a year.

Ditto on the Camry. Just spent a week at Hilton Head. Drove 3.25 hours down and back plus local HHI travel on one tank. I looked it up and that is 15.8 gallons.
