and short with short yardage we've run some type of read option with TB keeping the ball and picking up the first down.I'm gonna guess 35 times the past 2 years. Not sure if Kyle could handle or even run those plays like TB does.Seems to be an automatic first down everytime with TB keeping it.

Could have been the injury but he seemed to be more comfortable as a drop back passer. Would definitely require different game plans with more reliance on the backs for rushing.

in the country coming out of HS. I think he would have thrived in this offense.

He was a decent runner for a QB, I'd say at least as good

as Tajh, and was very mobile and elusive in the pocket or rolling out. I agree he would have thrived in this offense.

Healthy, he could have been a great fit and done very well. Question is, could he stay healthy given the way we use the qb?

Kyle's arm was better, feet about same, and tajh better suited to take hits.

barring injury, a bad attitude, and the distraction of turning pro in another sport.

Would have been illegal in most states. It would have been absurd the numbers he put up.

He wasn't very accurate and wasn't very coachable. Not sure Coach Morris would have thought it was fun.

Kyle Parkers biggest problem was.....
Jul 20, 2013, 6:32 PM
|
|
he didnt put touch on his balls. He had one speed for all of his throws and that was throw it as hard as possible. Given he could really sling it but at times its not about throwing a bullet at the receiver. Tajh has a lot better touch and accuracy

2009 KP, yeah he would have done fine. 2010 had too much to lose. The Auburn hit spooked him and it probably would have spooked a lot of us
