When you guys get a fever do you let it ride or take the Tylenol or IBU to keep the fever down? I always thought fever was our bodies natural way of fighting infection. I'm thinking it's some sort of flu. Body aches fever and sore throat. No cough or sinus issues really. Maybe strep.

I take aspirin if I’ve got a headache or bad aches and pains. I don’t take anything just for a fever. I take NyQuil before going to bed if I have any symptoms like sore throat, sinus congestion, or cough. Hope you feel better soon.

It depends, if u have the flu, tamiflu early on will help a lot. If u have strept throat antibiotics are really important. So what I heard from a friend if u still sick in am go get tested. RSV is also making the rounds. Temp is a relative number depending on your baseline temp. Mine is 97.4 Seriously. It's all relative. 98.6 is the medium. Hope u feel better.

I try to not take anything for as long as I can. Like you, let the body do its to g. But after a couple days those bodyaches will wear on ya and I cave.
Hope it goes away soon

I take Ibuprofen for a fever and then go to bed. Drink lots of water or electrolytes and see if that helps the body whoop it like Ric Flair!

Do you have elderberry?
You are right about fever- make sure you keep hydrated loads of vitamin C and D3
I take black seed oil and I make my own oregano oil. ( Antibiotic)
Try this
1 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Fresh Lemon sliced or lemon juice
1/2 - 3/4 tsp tumeric
Sprinkle black pepper
Put all ingredients in a pot with 2 and 1/2
cups of water bring to boil.
Strain and drink as warm as you can stand it.
I am in no way a medical professional but this is what I do. I have not taken Ibuprofen or Tylenol in a longggg time. Hope you feel better real soon!!

That feelin you got there is a result of some foreign creature that's trying to find a new home. All of them little corpsuckles have rushed out and met that creature head on. There is a fierce battle a ragin inside you right now. All of that comotin inside you has caused you to get the miseries and made you sorta hot under the collar. Some mo educated folks calls it a fever. You would be wise to keep a big jug of spring water close by and take a big swig every so often cause them little fellas fightin on your side gets powerful hot. Wouldn't hurt neither to take one of them store bought pills called Tyle E Nol. Keep a close eye on yo self you should be alright in a few days. WE pullin fer ya.
