Is UVA to Pitt the same as Luavull to Clemson?

This Pitt team looks flat and uninspired, and the 4-4 wahoos just took the lead with 6 minutes left in the third quarter. Closer game, but Luavull is a better team than UVA. And just like that, the hoos have the ball back on a pick.

Looks like their QB isn't as mobile as the last two we've played and also looks like they might struggle with mobile QBs. Just from observing the second half.
