If Clemson gets an extra 50 MILlion each year by joining the SEC

Do you think that either

1. IPTAY dues will be waived because we now have an extra 50 million coming in that wasn’t expected.

OR

2. Death Valley gets a retractable roof placed over it making it the loudest stadium in the world.

no because that extra $50 million (assuming it’s media money) as of now would be owed to the ACC because of GoR

One way it could get handled is a small annual TV rights portion of the SEC agreement and the balance of the money a membership signing bonus that would be exempt from the GOR agreement

50 million? Better think again. If the SEC and B1G break away from the NCAA, get together and
have their own playoff against each other and negotiate a media rights deal for the playoff can you imagine how much money is involved with payouts to members within the super conferences plus playoff money? I think it could easily be 120 million per team over the course of a year.
