keeps count of all the steps he has run, or fish he has caught, I keep count of doctor's appointments.

Four different ones this week, a personal best (worst)?

I feel like Dr. Suess, but instead of One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish,

Eye Doc, Spine Doc, Pain Doc, Heart Doc.

Pretty soon, these Docs will have ALL the Gold from my Golden Years.

Taking GF#1 on Tuesday to a Doc and Thursday I go to a Doc which isn't bad but we go to more Docs than we can count at 81 and sad part is we are still not any better off and seemingly dying just as fast as if we had 0 doctors!

As we all know Western Medicine is in the taking care of things After they occur and use pills to mask over it..

while ideally we should be going to the root cause (bad eating habits, sugary & fat food consumption, eating too much, lack of exercise and even too little sleep).

Proven that a Whole Food Plant Base diet (supplemented with a few vitamins) is the very best But that means no meat, diary or oils..

but a lot of veggies, nuts, fruits, lintels. This diet is what QB Tom Brady eats but he does eat fish.

I got off cows milk few months ago and onto a plant based Almond milk (30 calories, no sugar, no flavor) and have much less phlegm and feel better since maybe lactose intolerant.

Cow's milk has a lot of fat & sugar and is bad for the prostate since any cancer cells there thrive on sugar!

Hey, just eat in moderation, healthy foods, not much alcohol, do some exercise daily (leg squats, calf work, push-ups, treadmill or walker or trampoline work and do the HIIT method of 15 total minutes for cardio which means do 30 seconds as fast as you can and then go back to a normal pace for 90 seconds and repeat this for 6 cycles total).

Oh, I do light weights (10 & 20 lbs) one day and on alternate days I do bungees that are on a metal frame setup that goes over door with 3 different band strengths (Body by Jake-Tower 200).
