You mean starting pitching, only Knack can go more than a couple innings.

A month ago i was on bored with let’s play anyone anywhere but now i don’t think we make it out of the regional unfortunately we don’t have the pitching for whatever reason that’s starting and bullpen.

I can understand that. The last 27 games (2nd half of the season) our era is 6.5 runs/game. True, we're averaging 8.2 scoring but that's not sustainable.

But the good thing is we don't have to worry about mid-week game starters so Barlow will be available. The big thing to me is recognizing our starter hasn't got his stuff BEFORE they give up 4-6 runs.

YES. The coaches are normally pretty good at pulling a guy, but late in the season they waited about two batters too long consistently

I agree. I think we came out very well in the placement. I am not scared at all of Vandy. Now they may beat us but so be it. I think we match up well to everyone in our regional. Last year I felt TN was just flat out better and that game concerned me. Not so with anyone in the regional this year.

putting aside the strength of the teams in our region, as a baseball fan I'm excited about them. I love local matchups, and also love having some visiting team fans in attendance (just enough to be noticable). High Point just about 3 hours away so that meets my criteria.

Having a historically high quality program like Vanderbilt in the region, especially with them on a down year is awesome... and Coastal is another nice regional matchup within driving distance so that should be fun, regardless of who we play after our opening dub.
