High tech for hotel check ins.....anybody else?

Literally nobody in lobby and you talk through a video screen to a person and your card shoots out of the machine. They could not provide any on site help. It took forever after traveling for 16 hours on the road it was so annoying. Then could not get a receipt to turn in for business purposes. It is bad enough that most service jobs people act like we owe them something and are rude and/or not attentive to their jobs. Sunday vent over. Happy Sunday everyone

Call the hotel on Monday - they have the ability to email your receipt to you but it sometimes takes a call to the weekday staff to get a person who will actually follow through.

I pick my room, check in, check out, access doors, and get receipts all through the Hilton app.
