offense in middle of season? He literally moved Dexter Mcleon from CB to QB to run the triple option midway through season because his offense was dead.

Maybe we could try that now?

I don’t get the impression that we have tried anything different throughout four disappointing games this season.

I’m not saying that our coaches don’t care. I am confident that they do. But it’s not very inspiring when there doesn’t seem to be much awareness of the issues or much willingness to try to fix the problems.

I was a student equipment manager on that team and I remember vividly us installing that offense after 3rd game. Hatfield literally took over offense. He tried to do something different and it actually worked.

With that said I didn’t shed a tear when he left

I remember the opponent could read in the Greenville News on Saturday morning before the game what we were going to do on offense under Hatfield.
